Her stance is too wide, and that may be affecting her depth, and her knees.
She has Osteochondritis Dissecans of the knee. I asked you about her starting to squat, here:

She's been squatting about 2 months, 3x3's. She had a little pain with depth so I didn't push it early on. Her ability to flex the knee has improved and her depth is progressing. Her form is somewhat inconsistent though.
I'm trying to stress her getting and staying tight, not dive bombing into the hole, and keeping her chest up. Set 1, not filmed, she got a little rounded coming out of the hole after dropping too fast, and struggled through the sticking point.

Any form fixes we should work towards?
Her knee feels better, much better.
Her stance is too wide, and that may be affecting her depth, and her knees.
Her depth was higher when it was closer so I asked her to move it out a little. It improved her depth, but that was weeks ago. She's progressed. I'll shoot more angles next time and check back.
I mean I'll shoot more angles with various stance widths... and check back.
Take some weight off the bar and teach her to squat to depth. She's going to have get comfortable, she's going to have to learn to trust you, and she's going to have to believe she's not going to fall over and die.
We took a little weight off and tried to get deeper with a bit of a closer stance. How's this look aside from the walking the last rep into the rack?

She's still a little high. Because her stance is too wide and her toes/knees aren't out enough.
