Squat form advice please
Dday coaches!
Started my LP on the 23 of june. My most recent last set across:
(recorded also my first set from the side if needed)
So, how does this look like?
Just want to mention that I usually have my hands over the bar during sets, this time however I used "hands under" grip to check if itd shut my left elbow up.
Would appreciate any input,

Widen your stance a little. Go deeper. Avoid overextending your back on the ascent. Get comfortable leaning over and keeping your chest pointed at the ground. Strongly consider some weightlifting shoes. Also, I would move your rack to the left by about 12 or 18 inches so you are not in danger of hitting the wall with your bar.
