    Default Old guys using KUA-style programming

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Does anyone here have experience using this kind of programming as an older lifter? Basically it works in 3-week cycles, light-heavy-heavy. You work up to a single and then back off to around 70% of 1RM for 4 sets of 4. I'm wondering if it's effective in our demographic.

    It's hard to say there is one best way to train, but as of today, this is as close as you can get...

    Don't worry, there's a Louie Connection.
    Matt was a Westside lifter. His approach is a little different, and he makes the Conjugate System easy to understand.
