Squat Form Check
Hi coach, can you please take a look at my Squat (112 kg / 247 lbs). I got some advice from coach Wolf last time and tried to work on it, especially on staying tight in the bottom.
Also, I have a feeling that my depth is not right there so I took another video from the side. Can you have a look at it? I'd say I need to go a bit deeper. I know you're only supposed to post one video per thread, so feel free to ignore it's too much.

Hard to tell exactly from this angle but you might be shoving your knees out too hard at the top and not enough at the bottom. Also, you are correct regarding your depth. Need to sink it just another couple inches.
