Milko Tokola. This guy needs to train with a little more intensity.

An interesting start position for the pull. Is that legal?

Damn that was motivational. I love how he screams and then laughs when he nails a hard one.

What are we looking at here? Am I just blind or am I missing something?

You're missing the historic battles between Rip and some weightlifting folks about back angle etc. Rip's always observed that when a heavy pull leaves the floor, one's back angle actually looks like how he coaches a deadlift. Weight hanging directly under the scapulae. To my non-coach's eye, you could add enough weight to that man's bar that he'd be deadlifting rather than snatching and his starting position wouldn't change at all except for the span of his hands on the bar.

Against all conventional weightlifting coaching opinion, it appears to be working for him just fine. Go figure.

Helluva lot of reps. He could prolly go heavier.

Very impressive and motivational indeed - apart from being a very fast-moving and strong dude, with a laugh like that, the next Bond movie needs this guy as a villain!
