No link to the actual study, but apparently we're all going to die of cancer from eating animal protein.
I'd be very interested to see how this was measured, as this study was 18 years long. Did everyone keep a fastidious food journal for 18 years? What if in year 3 I followed a Paleo diet and in year 7 I switched to a vegetarian diet?The researchers defined a "high-protein" diet as deriving at least 20 percent of daily calories from protein, a "moderate" protein diet as deriving 10 to 19 percent of calories from protein, and a "low-protein" diet as less than 10 percent of calories from protein.
Just another example of why everyone is so fucking confused.
