    Default Squat Form Check

    Hello, I was told to post a form check here. I'm told my squat looks alright overall, but that I have knee travel at the bottom (not to mention a slight heel raise). This is my last set at 185, and I'd like to get the form down before adding more. Thanks in advance.

    Aside from going a little too deep, those are pretty good looking squats, at least from this angle. Squat higher and keep your chin down on the way up. Get your squat up to 315 for 3x5. Good work.
