Guys on TM - Do you even work, bruh?
Do you? How do you get through your workouts?
It will beat me into the ground if I have a busy weekend too.
-
Not sure what you are asking.
But i work as in a job. But it is investigations so its not like moving stuff.
I love my workouts, sometimes its a drain but i still love it.
I do tm 4 days a week.

TM is probably the hardest program at this level of training, hence why Rip said it's the most productive way of training.
-
I admit I burned out on it. I started getting busy at work, then I got sick, then I got injured.
-
Reduce volume if you get results anyway. 4x5 for volume maybe.
-
I work brah, but I'm usually just pushing a desk. Volume day is the only time I feel kilt.

new to it; week 4 now; I go in prior to work at 6, if I have an early day at work 5. Showers at work so I can workout 1 to 1.5 hours. Hopefully it doesn't burn me out. I have not looked forward to working out like I do now since I first started lifting in college. It was a change to the same routine I had been doing for probably 7-8 years.

4 days a week. Timing is brutal on Monday. Rest if the week is aok. Love it.

I do volume day on Sunday so that I don't have to burn 2+ hours on a weekday. Intensity day can usually be banged out in an hour. If I'm particularly busy during the week, I'll only do a squat and a pressing movement on ID. Sometimes I skip the middle day as well, since it's usually for active recovery purposes anyways.

I've been running TM since April, so about 7 months. As soon as I start not getting enough sleep and food, it kicks my ass, which is happening right now. Squatting on volume day is tough, which is why I do it on Saturday.
