    Default Phillipi/Coan back to back?

One of my goals is to DL 405 by 2/11/14. That's my one year strength training anniversary and I hope to be 2/3/4 wheels by then.

I switched to Karl's 5/1 about 3 months ago, but my DL went nowhere; stalled at ~335#.

Without changing diet, this ten week Phillipi program has me smoking PRs. Not even a debaucherous caribbean week-off could derail my latest PR of 350#. I go for 360# tomorrow and (knock on wood) don't expect much resistance.

I recognize that this program is usually reserved for men with much more strength than I, but it's worked for me to date, albeit slower than even Karl's 5/1 - had it been effective.

So my question is: Should I / Can I repeat this Phillipi program immediately or should I switch back to a weekly progression of some sort? Or something else entirely?

    Stats, FWIW:
    42 yo
    6'2" (almost)
    208#
    315 LBBS / 205 BP / 350 DL
    250p / 300c / 75f

If it weren't for the 2/11/14 goals, I'd be willing to gamble the next 10 weeks, but I'd really like to hit these goals.

If it worked, milk it. You might want to take a brief deload, though.
