Deadlift hand placement
I'm gripping just out side my ankles, Is a wider grip going to engage the lats more and when doing this would i bare more weight? I'm running out of potential to continue twice a week 5 pound gains so tweeks in technique are going to start to become a potential utility.

Wider grip increases ROM and makes lift harder
Reduce frequency to 1x week when things get hard
Outside of ankles really narrow
