    Default Follow Up Squat Check

I'd like to follow up on my previous squat form check if I may (video).

    My updated lifts (lbs.):

    Squat: 295 (3x5)
    DL: 305 (1x5)
    Bench: 235 (3x5)
    Press: 135 (3x5)
    PC: 165 (5x3)

Mr. Campitelli reviewed my first check and told me I was overextending my back on the ascent. I have attempted to fix this while still increasing weight. I have tried to cue myself to keep abs tight and head down. Also, I think my bar placement may have been a bit high and I have lowered it just a bit.

Is this any better? It looks a bit better to me, except for the last rep when my head popped up. Am I at least on the right track? If not, do you recommend I deload a bit to fix this rather than attempting to fix while adding weight?

    Thanks for your time.

These look pretty good. WRT your head, it would help you a lot to turn around in the rack and squat off the front legs, facing away from the wall. You're too close to the wall for a good gaze point.
