    Hey Rip,

Would be much appreciated if you could take a look at my deadlift. I know it don't look right and it sure don't feel right I'm just struggling to make it look right!

Looks like he's unlocking his knees way before the bar gets to them. That's what I could gather out of the weirdness.

Yeah my camera does suck a little, presuming you're referring to the shocking quality and dodgey light? Due to deadlift again tomorrow could possibly find someone else to film me.

@rpbrown, I can see what you mean I just seem incapable of fixing it short of making it an all back then all leg lift resulting in pretty bad lower back pain.

    Thanks for the input.

No straight bar path. Starts in a deadlift position, locks out knees as soon as weight comes off the floor (causing the bar to move towards his body)--essentially doing a RDL. The descent is slow with bent knees, causing the bar to move away from his body (to get around the knees), and then back again as he sets it down.

Good stuff, it took a few sets to get there lower back was fried. Safe to up the weight aggresively (15-20lbs) here as one would at the start of the program?

For the record I weigh 191lbs and the weight in the video is 155lbs. I have previously deadlifted 245lbs x 5 but form wasn't shocking and resulted in pretty bad back pain.

It looks light enough that I was going to call you a pussy. But restraint prevailed.

Restraint seems awfully out of character from what I've read here...haha.

I'll just presume that means I can up the weight as I suggested.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.
