    Hi Mark,

    I've read about Greg Henderson-a guy you trained and just wanted to know what happened to him. Did he try and go the NFL? I heard he squatted over 600 ass to grass, benched 400 and almost cleaned 400.

    All true things. He is only 5' 11", and apparently this keeps the NFL from being interested in a quarterback. Greg lives in Houston, works for a construction company as a project manager, and is as strong now as he was 4 years ago. He was one of those rare genetically gifted individuals with a work ethic and motivation.
