I suffer from mild elbow inpigment. Can I still do them?

Thank you for this video! I've been doing these all wrong for years. No wonder my shoulders hurt so bad. Are those new tank tops going on sale anytime soon?

    Coach,
Every time my trainer yells at me I get aroused, I then end up hitting my manhood with the barbell, which has a negative impact on bar speed. Should I have junk amputated to prevent this, or do you think the lowered bar speed if offset by the increased time-under-tension? I always upright row at RPE 9.2714.

This does look important. Any consideration on taking the Squat and Master Cue chapters out of the blue book, and replacing it with a single page? I recommend the title BARBELL ROW, and a single sentence: Just row the bar. It would cut out about a third of the book and make production cost cheaper. The book would read faster, therefore more readers and books sold. This might help get your name out a little better. JMHO. # NOTAWRITER # NOTACOMPANYOWNER.

Is the weight progression on these as unimportant as the set/rep scheme?
