    Hey Rip,

I knew you would be excited about this new change with the USSF:

"After much deliberation and requests from our athletes, the USSF has decided modify the rules for the coming Spring Meets and beyond. Starting now, the sumo variant of the deadlift is allowed in competition.

In addition and in the name of fairness, due the mechanically inefficient bottom position inherent in the sumo deadlift, a 27mm deadlift bar is now required at all events.

Thank you for your continued support!"

Maybe we should run a meet with the upright row and press?

Surely Sumo will not be an option for Cis Males, will it? You mean everyone but?

And maybe wrist curls. They're very popular, you know.

Sounds like there are some big changes planned for the United States Soccer Federation.

I’m confused, do you mean the shoulder press?
