You have very long arms/are very tall. If you are sleeve-to-sleeve already, try looking straight forward at the wall and aiming the bar at your navel. But don't hit your pubis again until it heals completely. Stop snatching till then if necessary.
My best PSnatch is 92.5kg . I did 5 singles with 85kg and made all 5 of them , But i hit a little too low on 4 of them .
Now my pubic bone and the flesh above it is bruised .
My grip is already at the sleeves . Any advice on how to stop hitting low other than "stay over the bar longer" ?? I'm looking at a spot on the floor 12-15 feet in front . Will looking somewhere else help??
