Looks okay, but I think you need to do multiple sets of pullups to failure at bodyweight, one set not being enough work. And what are reverse benches?
Hey Mark,
Just finished reading threw PP (novice and intermediate chaps.) and most of SS and loved every second of it. I think I have reached the intermediate stage of lifting since my squat and press has grinded to a hault. I threw together this program based on the texas method and want to seek your expertise, see if you spot any gross errors or things that just dont make sence. Also would you continiue with the milk during an intermediate program? I still need to gain some weight but dont want to put on excessive fat to slow me down.

Thanks for checking Mark,
Just okay anything you would change or add other than the more BW pull-ups which I will add.
On the reverse bench note, in the Useful Alt. Exersises section in SS you mentioned starting from the pins at a deadstop in the low position of the squat and bench to help develop strength in the bottom. I forget if you gave it a specfic name for those type of exersises so I gave it my own that made sence.
Got it. I call them Partials from the bottom.
