    I love the enthusiasm with the bar speed, but it's messing up some very important fundamentals; slow down and try to be more tight and controlled. The speed will come eventually. I promise. Reach back with your butt a little more, and point your chest at the ground sooner in the descent. Stay with your hips a little longer on the way up.

    Thanks.
    I was already aware that the back should not be vertical, does it look not horizontal enough in the video ?
    I'm trying my hardest to sit back and am thinking about hip drive in the bottom, but maybe i'm failing to do so.
