3rd and final work set. 1st exercise of the workout.

3rd and final work set. 2nd exercise of the workout. And, a failure.

5th and final work set. 3rd and last exercise of the workout. And, sloppy.

    Guidance will be greatly appreciated.

You'll have better success in the Technique forum with form checks. That being said, squats look pretty good to me. Lean back a little more on the press and use your hips some more. Are you intentionally hang cleaning instead of power cleaning? It's hard to give a form check if you're not doing the appropriate exercise. Also, put some shoes on.

Oh and you're going to catch a lot of shit for your body weight, but don't sweat it.

A few things you can clean up on your squat, but otherwise they're very nice.

Press, hold the bar with your wrists a little straighter and stiffer. 75 is a little too much weight. You needed a bigger breath before your second rep. You also need to train your mind to never give up while you're still grinding the weight up.

Clean, learn to receive the bar in the finished rack position with your elbows up facing the wall. To do this, you'll need to drop your body down a little more to give yourself enough time to fully rotate the elbows around the bar before catching it.

    Put some shoes on.
