Hey Guys,
I'm doing SS know for round about 2 month and got some damn good strength and weight increases.
My question know: What could I do during Football Season?
We have practice on Tuesday and Thursday and Sunday is Gameday.
I started SS during season and it was pretty easy, but now it gets damn hard!
So what would a routine look like during Season?

Another question.
I had to take a break this week from lifting.
Cause since 3 weeks or so, my lower back is tensing up so damn bad that I cant even run/jogg anymore.
I had a sport accident when I was 15 years old. Somebody ran with his helmet in my lower back. I always hat lower back problems (only nerv and bone wise).
I never trained my lower back cause I was scared too.
Now I started working out my lower back and it was perfect for quite some time. I didn't even have pain anymore (I guess I didn't had enough lower back muscles).
But now, the muscle tense up so bad (it's not a nerv or bone problem anymore though). I can't even jogg for five minutes cause they feel like steel.
I stretch and foam roll it helped for a little bit, but as soon as is start with sports again it tenses up again.
Didn't I work out my abbs enough? I have no clue, I just want it to go away SS worked out so good for me.
I hope you can help me cause its really frustrating. I cant lift like that.
