Two days a week - Critiique please

Weight: 230lbs
Lifting for just shy of 2 years.
Coming back from a diet, my lifts have gone down slightly.
Squat: 375 5rm
Bench: 225 5rm
Press: 160 5rm
Deadlift 440 5rm
Semi inspired by "Karl's Method", I've started a kind of 2 week Texas Method. At the moment it looks like this:
Week one.
Monday: squat 5x5, bench 5x5, push press
Thursday: light squat, press 5rm, deadlift 5rm
Week two.
Monday: squat 5rm, bench 5rm, push press
Thursday: light squat, press 5x5, power clean 3x5
I can only train two days a week. Can you see any problems or anything I might run in to? Or is it a case if try it and see?
