    Yup, they're all a little high. They're also a bit of a train wreck in general, so let's try to fix that.

    1. You never get set at the top when you take the bar out of the rack, or between reps. You need to be standing all the way up, with the hips and knees locked out, and then take a big breath in and hold it. This all has to be done at the top of every single rep, including the first one.

    2. Look down at a spot on the floor about 3-6' in front of you. You're looking forward and craning your neck into a position that doesn't look particularly safe or comfortable.

    3. You're getting all kinds of loose and forward at the bottom. I can't see your knees from this angle, but I'd bet $20 that they're not out nearly enough. Take about 50 lbs off the bar, or as much as it takes for you to do this correctly. Push your knees out hard and sit back to full depth - it varies by rep, but about 2-3 inches deeper than you think you need to go.

    If you do this correctly, you and the barbell won't shift forward at all at the bottom, and if you keep your chest up and you drive your hips, the bar will move in a straight line up.
