Press form check
Hello I was curious how my form and technique looks for the Press. Not sure if this is the best view but if its not I could always set up the camera for a different angle next time.

Are you trying to do the Olympic press? Regardless, straighten out your wrists a bit. If this means the bar doesn't rest on your shoulders, so be it. Take a narrower stance as well. Something closer to a squat stance.
