Yes or just bcaas + carbs post lifting but before conditioning. That'll increase the calories you burn during and after conditioning anyway.

Firstly thanks for your work on the forum.
Andy recently suggested I start some conditioning after my workouts 3x a week. My whole situation is here: http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=40249
My question for you is, in terms of post workout nutrition, would it be a solid idea to 'pulse' some bcaa's after I finish lifting, then do the conditioning, then after that and a cool down take some whey + carbs?
