Zinc, magnesium, calcium
Jordan, forgive me if you've already covered this. I know there's literature available, I'm just unable to look at the moment, and figure you most likely have the answers anyway.
Considering Ca initiates the process ending in muscular contraction, is there any utility in calcium supplementation?
I'm on the phone so trying to be concise. Zinc and magnesium, any benefits?

Calcium availability does not appear to decrease very much in extensive/intensive exercise except for maybe endurance stuff. Really what you'd want to supplement is ATP and/or ADP-pi, as the physical removal of inorganic phosphate from the myosin head is the rate limiting step in the power stroke. Calcium is ubiquitous and unless one's diet is deficient, then I see no reason for supplementing it. People who engage in weight bearing exercise store more calcium anyway provided Vitamin D levels are in check.
Zinc and magnesium have some benefits if you're low on them, which many are, but excess dosing doesn't appear to yield any favorable results.
