Default SS to TM, Changes in Diet

So I am in week two of TM, working out some bugs and wanted to hear your thoughts on changing the diet up. I have gained 20 lbs on SS over roughly 20 weeks with 3/4" change in waist. My thoughts are slowing this down to no less than .5 lb per week.

    Stats:
5'7", M, 175 lbs, Running TM as written (3 day), Lift at 6 am with BCAA/WM shake.

    SQ:315
    BP: 230
    OHP: 140
    DL: 335

    Past Macros
    225/396/85

Based on my logs I believe that 225/345/85 will do the job but will need more data with the new workout. I am also considering adding a session of HIIT on the C2 after ID workout.

My question is should I run two high days (day prior to lift days) and the rest low days? If so, how would you recommend setting up the macros?

I don't think you need to cut macros to slow weight gain, as it will naturally peter out on its own- then again you might be right.

I like high carb days on days preceding heavy days (Day 1 and 3 of the typical TM setup) if you have to train in the AM. I'd aim for a 400-600kcal bump and have carbs high with fat lower....something like: 200/450/55

I'll try it your way first. I've got to admit after 2 weeks of TM I feel like an old man... May have to move to a split or at least split volume day.
