Default Help - my bench press is tilting!

I am in dire need of assistance - for some reason, today the thought entered my mind to videotape my bench press sets "straight from the front." I decided to check if my forearms were vertical at the bottom of the rep...and I discovered that my bench press is "tilted." For most of my reps, you can see the bar tilt to my right (viewer's left) at the bottom of the rep. I'm not sure why this is happening. I did notice that my right hand grip looks somewhat different than my left hand grip - it looks like the bar has "rolled back" a bit into my right hand, forcing my right hand to be a bit flatter/lower than my left hand. This could potentially be causing the bar tilt at the bottom of my reps, but I'm not sure.

Any advice is appreciated. Also, keep in mind that my right hand is actually on my left side, for the viewer (and vice versa).

Always a good idea to not let your wrists roll back. Consider getting wrist wraps and wrapping them around. You may still have the tilting issue, though. It's fairly common. The lagging arm could be the weaker arm or it could be the stronger arm allowing the weaker arm to get ahead. Either way, if you don't have a coach real-time, film all your sets to try and make adjustments that even it out. When you are successful, try and remember what that felt like and keep practicing it.

Almost 40 seconds before the set actually begins on the video. Folks need to learn how to edit.

Thanks for the feedback - sounds tricky to fix, although it also sounds like it's not the end of the world + a fairly common problem. Now that I'm aware, I'll try to make adjustments to fix it.

Sorry for making the intro longer than it had to be.
