You need to go a bit deeper. What's that fellow trying to do behind you?

Concur with carson. A little more depth, and lose the spotter - his positioning does nothing useful.

If you need safeties bars can you find a rack that you could put them in? Otherwise, if you do lose control of the bar, just let it drop off of your back.

Well he is spotting me, should he be closer or do you recommend losing the spotter and droping the weight if shit happens because they weight is getting relatively heavy for me? I don't have access to any other rack or anything. Just as i thought that the depth isn't good. Thank you!

The spotter gets in the way should you really have a fail.

A good spotter and lifter would know be the speed of the rep when they should provide assistance.

When I ask for a spot I will tell the spotter how many reps I intend on doing and ONLY get close on the last one if it appears the previous rep slowed. A good spotter would never do what this guy was doing.

Yes i am standing on two 5kg plates because if I don't i experience lower back rounding. Is standing on plates bad? I am working on my mobility but i am just not very agile no matter how much of stretching I do.

I would also like to say that i am experiencing a bit of lower back pain this sunday (squated on friday, everything was good on saturday) I had back problems in the past and I just started squating low bar, maybe I should stick to high bar squats then?

I would also like to thank everyone for your feedback! This is such a great community!
