Just a very quick form check to make sure I'm not doing anything silly

I have been working hard on my deadlift following advice from Nick and a couple of other coaches at the beginning of this year when I was properly stuck around 120kg

Video of 165kgx4 followed by a back off set of 140kgx5

    Thanks

Your back unlocks a little more than I would like first thing off the floor. I notice this both on the heavy and light sets. Not surprisingly, it is less apparent on the light one. Look about 10 to 15 feet ahead of you the whole time. Set your back in hard extension and fight hard to hold that as you come off the ground.

Thank you for your feedback Tom. Do you think I should repeat/continue to add weight whilst trying harder to keep extension or should I deload?

I have tried focusing my gaze further ahead but I always end up losing contact between my bar and legs during the pull, I haven't quite figured out why that happens yet. This is why I look at the floor with my head neutral and use the chest to chin tennis ball cue.

Yeah, I would stay there and hold your back together better.
