    Hi Coaches. I'd like to get some feedback on my press if someone could be so kind. These are sets of 145x3. Bar is loaded with 10s for better visibility. What can I work on? Thanks in advance.

    Not bad, but definitely a few things to tighten up:

    1. Grip is a bit too wide. Move it in so your forearms are vertical even when you squeeze your humeri down in to your lats. Think "tight armpits." My guess is your index finger will straddle the knurl and the smooth, but you'll have to experiment for yourself.
    2. Your bounce is a little soft. You're reaching well, but use a more explosive bounce to get the bar going. Be sure to keep your abs squeezed tight as you do this.
    3. You're pressing the bar behind you, instead of straight overhead. Straighten your wrists out and press the bar so it locks out directly over your shoulder joint.
