I was wondering if a few of you could comment on my form and give me some advice.
This is a video of me doing 1x5 147.5kg. I didn't realise how bad my form was until I decided to do a recording.

Are my hips too high? Am i pulling with my lower back...etc...
This is me doing 1x5 for 150kg...Afterwards I felt my quads and hamstrings were worked more than usual and i had less lower back pain - which must be a good sign surely?
