    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    forget what we are supposed to do - going to gym for "fun" - what exercises would you do ?

    my favs FWIW:

    farmer's walks
    front squats
    bench
    deadlift
    dips
    press
    dumbbell rows

    Well, I currently do power cleans to no great distinction. They are humbling but a lot of fun.

    Fave lift : deads.

    Most frustrating lift: press.

    But mostly I like knowing what to do before I start the workout. If I went for "fun" I probably wouldn't get anything done!

    Straight bar muscle-ups
    Kettlebell "snatch"
