Which Rouge Bench?
So, fortunately for me I'm in the process of transitioning from the commercial gym environment to my home gym. I'm currently looking at Rouge flat benches. It's a toss up between the 2.0 model (which is welded together with slanted feet), and their bolted version. They are both listed at $175.00. Any suggestions?

I've never used the bolted, but the standard rogue flat bench is a great choice. I have no complaints with it.
Anyone who has used the bolted or both is welcome to chime in.

I have the straight leg welded version and it is solid as rock. These are great benches, I don't think you can go wrong.

Since they don't come with rubber feet, your floor needs to be very smooth. This can be infuriating.
I bought some rubber feet for mine. They help a little when I use the bench outside of the leveled area inside my rack. Here's the thread:

The bolt together would not be an improvement. The surface doesn't just need to be level, it needs to be perfectly smooth. That's the bigger problem. The bolt together would not solve issues stemming from non-smooth floors.
The triangular area on the bolt together is going to gather dust. And who wants a bunch of bolts sticking out.

I use the bolted version. I am not a huge guy or a huge bencher, but it is solid. It is a little on the tall side.

Bolt together if your floor is uneven, otherwise, I'd go with the standard version, and maybe add some feet like iamsmuts did. My garage floor isn't perfect, but it's nice and stable on top of the stall mats I have covering the floor. I have both the older version, and the newer 2.0 version, and both are great.

I have the bolted one. My floor is not level and there is a little adjustment in the legs as the holes are slightly larger than the bolts. With this little adjustment I was able to get the bench to sit solid without rocking. Is the shipping cost the same for both?

I have the bolted version, and I really like it. I use it on top of horse stall mats. It is rock solid and can handle a lot of weight.
