    well thought i would start one here... to see what folk here think of my training...

    just rehabbing from injury - popped 2 ribs off of my sternum and dislocated my clavicle 6 weeks ago...

    4km run

    woke up had smoothie and cup of tea... then ran... hot and tired now... kept a good constant pace over varying grounds...

    yep... ribs are fine but dam shoulder isnt...

    playing rugby... got tackled landed on shoulder - clavicle popped off sternum on right side then the last 2 ribs that attach to sternum popped off...

    Why Rugby? Why not regular football? After all, there are much more football fans here in America rather than rugby. And not to mention rugby is much scarier...
