Is this the first time in your life that you've been sick? If you actually are sick?
So...I got a positive PCR this week for COVID.
I've been training anyway and still feel fine. No symptoms to speak of apart from a little congestion.
Taking away any risk of harming others by training at home - am I hurting myself or harming myself by training and fighting a viral load ?
Much appreciated, Sam R.

Training can usually be accomplished just fine with minor illnesses. I've trained through a few colds. I haven't actually been majorly ill much at all since I started lifting and taking care of my diet. Can't imagine there might be some connection there.
Rip - thanks. CDR Fun - thanks.
I don't feel sick in the least and don't get sick often either since training. Will keep at it fo' sho'.
Cheers all
The propaganda has worked on Sam.
