Default Training while COVID Positive (at home gym)

So...I got a positive PCR this week for COVID.

I've been training anyway and still feel fine. No symptoms to speak of apart from a little congestion.

Taking away any risk of harming others by training at home - am I hurting myself or harming myself by training and fighting a viral load ?

    Much appreciated, Sam R.

Is this the first time in your life that you've been sick? If you actually are sick?

Training can usually be accomplished just fine with minor illnesses. I've trained through a few colds. I haven't actually been majorly ill much at all since I started lifting and taking care of my diet. Can't imagine there might be some connection there.
