Hey guys and gals!

I do have a partial supraspinatus tear in my shoulder. I am guessing that is causing all the pain I have been getting, even though it hurts more on the posterior (feels like infraspinatus).

This could be in the recovery forum too, but I am more wondering how I can bench (maybe press), by putting the least amount of strain on the supraspinatus. Should I arch more or less, setup differently, use a wider/narrower grip (most of my vids are with pinkies on the rings), etc?

This is my youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/callador0630 I have a painful meet paused 440 in there and a lot other gym lifts (up to 465). I am just trying to get some ideas... Tombrah, are you out there?
