25 reps quats for injury rehabilitation & hip pain
Hello,
A little while ago, when doing squats, I think I pulled my hamstring - I felt a sharp pain run up my right leg, and it instantly became very tight.
I started following Bill Starr's 25 reps for muscle pulls. The problem is that I noticed that when bending down to pick up some stuff, my hips really felt unusually achy / sore.
Is this protocol something you recommend, or am I just being a wuss? Thanks for you input.

Even with all this intricate detailed description and exhaustive input, I am somehow unable to determine the precise nature of your injury and the correct approach to the rehab protocol you have chosen. Sorry.
