The way you're erotically pelvic-thrusting your balls into the bar at lockout is disturbing.

    I get it, he's tea-bagging the bar.

Hey, what shoes are you wearing?

Some old vans I got for skateboarding in high school. I think I've had them for around 7-8 years.

Looks like good technique. What specifically do you think you need to work on?

I remember you saying that you have trouble off the floor but it didn't look like that here. A stiffer pair of shoes would probably help a little off the floor though.

That didn't feel particularly heavy. I'm not sure if I might have been having a bad day when 455 felt like all I could do. I just wanted a few sets of eyes on it to make sure it wasn't a technique issue. Now I'm torn about what kind of jump to make for my next cycle of 5/3/1. I think I could put 40 lbs on my training max, but I'm not sure if that is efficiency or impatience talking.

What are your max reps looking like? CManuel, who has run 531 with alot of success, suggested to me to use a weight that allows me to get up to 10 reps for my max set (on week 1 is how I understood it).

I'm between 8-11 on each of the lifts right now for my max rep sets.
