Just started Oly lifting
I am using a program similar to what Rip has outlined here, with a few changes. Instead of lifting 5 days a week I'm adding an extra off day in the middle, so I'm lifting 5 times every 8 days:
day 1: front squat (3X3) bench every other week
day 2: Snatch, C&J single up to a miss, drop down about 10% and work back up
day 3: back squat (3x5), press (3X3)
day 4: off
day 5: snatch (10 singles on the min. 80%) c&j (15 singles at 1:30)
day 6: front squat (3X3) deadlift every other week
day 7 & 8: off
i'm going to post some videos of my oly lifts soon, i'm learning them on my own, mainly through info from this site and videos on 70s big and elsewhere, along with several books. would love to have someone else take a look, should have videos up by next week i hope.

squat (low bar back squat): 370lbs. X 1
front squat: 235 x 3
deadlift: 390 x 1 (conventional style with alt. grip) 315x1 with DOH hook
bench: 245 x a1
press: 165 x 1
the DL and bench PRs were from a unsanctioned push/pull meet i was in on may 28 at the local ymca
c&j: 125 x 1
snatch: 120 x 1
thats lbs. as well..i just started last week..its a struggle..i know i need to get stronger, much stronger, and i am going to do that, but i am fairly certain i have some serious form issues that need to be corrected.
