    Hey all

Second form check. Still struggling to keep wrists straight when getting under the bar. That plus a buttwink? Any suggestions to help with the lower back rounding at the bottom would be appreciated!

Cut your depth off by about 2 inches. That should fix your lumbar flexion. Also, set your knees and do not let them slide forward as you are turning around at the bottom; they are currently pushing forward, which puts you in a bad position to fully utilize hip drive.

If only it were that easy. I am working on it, but its a slow process. Fixing my depth however, should prove slightly easier. Gotta throw that "ass to grass" mentality in the garbage. The knees are something I had not noticed. I will work on that at the same time. Perhaps cutting my depth will help with that too.

What's hard about fixing your wrists? Where do you find you're unable to keep them straight?

Flexibility issue I guess? I can’t get the bar into the proper position on my back unless I let my wrists break. It’s better now than when I started. I can get my hands closer together so I can really tighten my back better. I used to have to take an even wider grip to get the right bar position.

Are you deviating your wrists in the ulnar direction when you try to keep them straight?

Try about 10-20 degrees of that and see if it helps. Most of your fingers should still be gripping the bar.
