Default Squat assymetry - PLEASE HELP

Hi coaches. I had recorded squat checks from the side and everything looked fine, however today I was smart enough to film from behind at 300 lbs. I noticed a pronounced assymetry in the bar on my back and elbow height, which I can't seem to solve despite cueing elbows up for weeks. Here is a video of the first set:

Atrocious, I know. In the 2nd set I moved my right arm about an inch further to the right, making an asymmetrical grip. It seems to have helped however it still looks to me like my ass is shifting to the left at the bottom then back to the right as I initiate hip drive. Here is a video of set 2:

Am I using my knees asymmetrically? What's going on! I'm very concerned because I ALWAYS have a right low back ache after squats and this is probably it.

I did physical therapy for my low right back the last 4 weeks. Nobody pulled out a tape measure but doctor and PT both told me I had no leg length difference after they did some strange tests and observed my feet on the table.

    Please help!

You know what else you did differently in the second set? STRAIGHTENED OUT THE CAMERA. The whole room is slanted in that first link.

The second set is better, but you need to keep your knees out - especially the left one.

Raise the camera up and post a video from behind you at 45 degrees to one side. We'll go from there.

Here are 2 videos from today's 305. They look pretty good to me. I do notice that the right side of the bar is lower to the pins at the bottom, so I know I'm still a little uneven. Also the left knee buckles a little, but I think this could be from toes pointed out too far. Also, I had a "pump" in my right lower back after the set as opposed to the usual ache. But no pump in the left back. Thanks.

These look good to me. Just keep those knees out.
