Been plagued with knee are problems a lot recently. I backed down to 185 after seeing some swelling in my right knee IT band area. It's still swollen, but it has never hurt while squatting, but at times the next day it can feel tight. Noticed today after squatting, my left quadriceps tendon (i think? its directly to the right of the patella, and a little higher up..) was swollen, but I think this was a result of monday's squatting, because it has been feeling off since then, i just never noticed it. Working my way back up, I've been trying to shove my knees out more but at heavy weights (250+) my right knee has a tendency to come in.

sets 1-3 are working weight at 245lbs, 4th set was extra at 225lbs because I really wanted to try and fix it. I know I have a problem with the LBBS, I may be one of those ppl with weird body proportions that can't physically do it. the 3rd set I widen my stance in an attempt to keep my knees out better.

Me: 20, 5ft 10 about 215lbs, I tore my MCL playing football about 2.5 years ago.

Your body proportions are quite normal and your squat is not terribly troubled. I don't know why your knee is swelling. That is not a usual result from squatting.

Keep your chin down and look down. I know you don't want to. Try it anyway. Drive your butt up. Your squat could do with more hip drive.
