    Hi coaches,

I am beyond the ability to analyze my own squat so I am coming to you for help. A few months ago I ran my LP to 3x5x315. I haven't been consistently training since the beginning of the year, and I haven't been able to get the feel back that I had when I was conisistently training. I've been watching other form check videos and I came across a post where a guy was in the same position and just had to reach out, so thats what I'm doing.

Here are the last three of 4 sets I did that day to get the right angles.

One thing I notice from the last angle that I've never observed are my knees collapsing in. I think this might just be from undertraining, but are my feet too wide?

Thanks for check ups coaches. My plan is to dive right back into LP and exhaust gains on the squat and dl then start up an intermediate program. I have a good idea where I will stall on bp, mp, and pc, but I haven't stalled with squat or dl yet so we'll see how it goes as soon as I nail down any form issues.

You are correct that your feet are a little wide. I think sometimes you start with the weight behind the midfoot, too. Straighten your wrists out. Right now they are flexed a little over the bar. Remember to take your chest with you when drive your hips up. Despite all my comments, you actually have a fine squat. Just keep showing up and things will right themselves.
