After my workout last Wednesday I was feeling so much pain in my knees and hip flexors that I decided to video tape my workouts to get a better view of what I am doing wrong. Here are videos of my bench press with some of my warm ups and 2/3 of my work sets. After viewing the videos myself I feel as if I come down far too low but I am not sure if there is anything else I am doing wrong. I really appreciate any and all help and pointers you can give me. Thank you very much

That is a lot of horizontal bar movement. I'm not even sure how you are able to hold it in the locked out position at the top. It looks like it's over your face, not your shoulders, and yes, you are touching too low.

Okay I will try and clean that up tomorrow when I lift, I've hurt myself in the past doing something different with my awkward flexibility? and thinking my arms are in the right spot but instead are too far back.

I dropped a little weight yesterday and took video from two different angles. Curious of what you think.
    120lbs set 2 side angle http://youtu.be/DCLu7wYM6qE
120lbs set 3 more of an aerial angle http://youtu.be/41x1m1jdhOA

    Thank you

Looks ok. I think your grip is too wide and you're still touching about 1" too low, but you should have someone check you out in person. Distances are tricky on video.
