    How much stronger did you get consistently using the TM when you changed to intermediate programming?
    The rate of progression you consistently achieved on the Squat, dead lift, Press, and bench wanted please.

    Increased 2.5kg every single week until I didn't.

    5-10 pounds/week squat; DL was 15 pounds/week (however started very light as I had never done them prior to TM); press was slower 5 pounds per week with several repeat weeks, same with bench. I had done much more upper body than squats so was probably adv novice on squats, novice on DL, intermediate on press and bench when I started TM. It will depend on many things probably; age, where you are at in terms of your potential, how quick you recover, etc.
