Hi! So eventually, the pulling volume would need to be slowed down between deadlifts and power cleans. Maybe have deadlifts on Monday, chins on Wednesdays, and cleans on Fridays. Maybe alternating between deadlifts, chins, cleans, and chins. I was thinking the best way to do this, but I don't think there is a best solution. The best I came up with is:
Workout A:
Squat
Press
Pull
Chins (optional)
Workout B
Squat
Bench
Pull
Chins (optional)
The "Pull" would be whatever opposite of the last Pull exercise. But when clicking on the Pull, it gives you the option to pick between Deadlift (1x5), Power Clean (5x3), Power Snatch (5x2), or None.
Is a feature like this appropriate or possible in the future?
