Trouble getting spreadsheet

Has anyone tried to get the .csv spreadsheet emailed to them by the app? I have attempted this several times without success. The pop-up box in the app states that it was successfully sent but it never shows up in my email. I have triple checked that my email address is correctly entered in the app settings. Also have looked in my spam folder but it's not there. I contacted tech support on the app but no response. Any suggestions?

I sent a support request from the app a few days ago and got an auto reply saying the request was received.

Not sure who it went to...but I sent a support request from the app itself.

yep I got that. I'm not sure why that is happening...nothing has changed on the server but something has happened since the last update and I'm looking into it today.

Am looking into this now. can you guys let me know if you're getting the alert "File sent to <your email address>" etc etc ?

Hi — having the same issue. I do not get a confirmation message nor an actual email.

there's definintely an issue with export to csv, we have fixed this in the coming iOS update. android is still broken until we can push the update out.
