First lifting meet
Just completed my first lifting meet today. Just wanted to share my numbers.
Body weight: 174
Squat: 375
Bench: 220
Deadlift: 405 (I feel like i definitely could have gone higher on this)
Training history: NLP followed by 9 weeks of HLM.
Bench has always lagged behind. Can't wait til the next USSF meet since my press is generally strong.
