Yet another squat form check request.
Seems my squats are almost solely relying on my hams, judging by how much they are burning from yesterday. I feel a little lower back use, and nothing in my quads. Not sure what this indicates, have a couple of ideas. Have been squating for a few months, started empty bar and up 5 pounds/workout to current max 225 for sets of 5x5. http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lr-rBeHaZOg Any help on WTF is going on would be greatly appreciated.

Need a better video for your next attempt, however:
1) Proper pair of shoes
2) Read the squat chapter
3) TUBOW.
