I had originally posted a thread in the training section, but I think that my questions on form belong in here. My training partner and I started TM on Monday and I wanted to really be more active in the forum getting some feedback on my lifts.

My first workout Monday (volume) looked like this:

    Squat: 215lbs 5x5
    Bench: 170lbs 5x5

Here are links to my squat sets 2 - 5:

    http://youtu.be/p_BQW04Rv8M (set 3)
    http://youtu.be/JdalfuWvmVo (set 4)
    http://youtu.be/_wNoLLOd8FY (set 5)

Let me know what you guys think!

    Thanks

Wednesday was our light day, so my workout was:

    Press: 3x5 @ 100lbs
    Squats: 2x5 @ 175lbs

I worked out alone on Wednesday and didn't get video, but I will post form checks for the heavy workout tomorrow.

    Thanks

tough to tell from that angle, but i don't think you're nearly deep enough. have your training buddy look from that side next time and give you an honest assessment of your depth

and get some shoes, or at least some better-looking socks

Not a great angle, but it looked deep to me.

Thanks for the feedback guys, and yes, I know that I definitely need to invest in some shoes. My training partner had told me you guys would say that, so they are definitely on the priority list for upcoming purchases.

Friday (3-2-13) was intensity day so my workout looked like this:

    Squat: 275lbs 1x5

    Bench: 212.5lbs 1x5

    Deadlift: 295lbs 1x5

I definitely have some better looking socks on in these videos and I think that the angle for the squat video is much better, hahaha. Although after watching these videos they do look pretty dark, so I will make sure the next ones have better lighting. I do really appreciate the help with my form, so let me know what you think!

Yesterday was volume day so the workout looked like this:

    Squats: 220lbs 5x5
    Press: 110lbs 5x5
    Chins
    Dips

I will post more form check videos on Friday. I know that the above videos are a little dark, but does anybody have any comments on the bench, squats, or deads?

    Thanks for looking
